1. Service Agreement
By scheduling an appointment with Mirror Finish Detailing, you enter into a service agreement. Our detailing and ceramic coating packages are executed with premium products and strict professional standards. We reserve the right to amend the scope of work if the vehicle's condition requires additional preparation, which will always be discussed prior to commencement.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
A deposit may be required to secure your booking for extensive services, such as multi-stage paint correction or ceramic coating application. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request a minimum of 48 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a forfeited deposit as it limits our ability to allocate the studio bay to another client.
3. Vehicle Condition & Personal Items
We request that all personal belongings be removed from the vehicle prior to drop-off. Mirror Finish Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the cabin or trunk. Pre-existing damage, including clear coat failure, deep scratches, or interior tears, will be documented and confirmed with you before any detailing begins.
4. Post-Service Care & Warranties
Specific ceramic coating packages come with strict aftercare guidelines to maintain optimal gloss and protection. Failure to adhere to these maintenance procedures may void any associated performance guarantees. We highly recommend our specialized maintenance washes to preserve the integrity of the coating and the sleek, polished finish.
5. Applicable Law
These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local regulations governing commercial trade and automotive service facilities.
